We are thrilled to share that Memphis Children’s Clinic (MCC) and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for MCC to become part of the Le Bonheur Pediatrics primary care network in January 2026.

In these plans, our six locations – Bartlett, Germantown, Whitehaven, Hickory Hill, Southaven and Olive Branch – will continue to serve families in their communities with the same expert providers and high-quality care they have always delivered.

What do these plans mean for you?

• Memphis Children’s Clinic doctors and staff remain in their current locations and continue providing the same great care.
• This partnership allows us to offer more coordinated care and ensure your child has access to the services they need, when and where they need them.

Closing date is subject to customary due diligence and approvals.

In this planned transition, all Memphis Children’s Clinic locations will be joining Le Bonheur Pediatrics.
